Dan Tebbs

1998 - Present
Dan Tebbs is the dedicated Farm Manager at Tebbs Farms and Greenhouses, following in the footsteps of his parents, John and Robin Tebbs. With a deep love for the outdoors, Dan enjoys hunting, snowmobiling, and all things nature-related. He pursued a degree in Finance from Shippensburg University, but his true passion has always been farming. He married his highschool sweetheart, Taigen, in 2018. Together they have Max (3) and Caroline (1). From a young age, Dan displayed an unwavering fascination with farming, playing with toy tractors and eagerly awaiting the opportunity to join his father at work. His dream became a reality at the age of eight when he started picking strawberries. Since then, Dan's commitment to farming has never wavered. He has worked tirelessly, starting from simple tasks like pulling sweet corn off the truck and gradually progressing to handle every job at the farm. Among his many responsibilities, Dan now oversees the field corn production, from picking during the day to operating the corn dryer at all hours of the night, and ensuring delivery to local feed bins. His contributions extend beyond field corn, as he has become an indispensable key employee at the farm. Dan's dedication and hard work have not gone unnoticed, as he has shouldered numerous responsibilities, easing the burden on his father, John. His grandfather, Dick Tebbs, would undoubtedly be immensely proud of the farmer and man Dan has become. Dan wholeheartedly embraces the sacrifices and challenges that come with this career, making him an invaluable asset to Tebbs Farms and Greenhouses.

Rachel Tebbs Livermore

Rachel Tebbs, the Retail Manager at Tebbs Farms and Greenhouses, has a remarkable journey in the agricultural industry. Starting work from a young age, she became an exceptional strawberry picker at just eight years old, gaining a reputation for her speed and skill. Rachel graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Finance in 2010. Her wedding day became an amusing nod to her farming roots when her father humorously referred to her as their "best strawberry picker" during the ceremony. They are proud parents to three boys, Auden (6), Quinten (3), and Henry (less than a year). As the Retail Manager, Rachel plays a pivotal role in managing the farm's social media presence, advertising, and greenhouse production. Her expertise shines in curating eye-catching combinations and colors for combination baskets, as well as providing custom containers for customers. With a lifetime of experience working alongside her parents, Rachel has inherited their management skills, work ethic, and farming knowledge. She actively engages in various aspects of the business, from planting and customer service to advertising, marketing, and product specialization. Rachel's innovative ideas, such as Market boxes with themed assortments and "Souper Saturday" events, demonstrate her commitment to enhancing the farm's offerings and engaging with customers. Her contributions make her an indispensable asset to Tebbs Farms and Greenhouses.

Ashley Reidy
Retail
1998 - Present
Ashley and her husband, Aaron, have been married over 15 years and they have three beautiful little girls together: Lily, Maddie, and Eva
Their daughters are their world and they enjoy watching them in softball, cheerleading, and soccer. Ashley is celebrating her 25th year here at Tebbs! She was a little 13 year old girl when she walked here, sat on the ramp, and asked Robin if she could please have a job. It was one of the best decisions Robin has ever made giving that sweet little 13 year old a job because Tebbs wouldn’t be the business it is today without Ashley. She quickly became like a third daughter to John & Robin, jokingly calling her the adopted daughter. There isn’t a job at Tebbs that Ashley hasn’t jumped to and eagerly wanted to learn the best way to do it. She is always the first to volunteer to help and refuses to leave until the job is done. Although Ashley excels in everything we do here, her compassion and customer service is beyond measure. She is the best with people and all our customers naturally just love her.
We couldn’t thank Ashley more for everything she has done for Tebbs for not only being one of the best employees we have but also a family member we never knew we needed.

Aaron Reidy
Farm
2017 - Present
In 2019, Ashley corralled her husband, Aaron, into the business she has grown to love. It takes a special couple to not only live together but also work together (just ask John & Robin) but we consider ourselves SO LUCKY that this couple chose to work here! He’s proved his reliability, work ethic, and knowledge to us time and time again. Aaron has many roles that he has taken on in the last few years. Some of which include: hauling corn in the winter months, working ground for planting season, planting in the greenhouse, general maintenance of everything and anything, freezing our sweet corn, and so much more. He's in every place that is needed and there’s not a job he doesn’t smile the whole way through. One of the most notable thing s about Aaron is his happy personality. His positivity creates such a great work experience for everyone involved. It's very rare to find someone who will always come to work with a smile and positive attitude whether he’s shoveling out grain bins or digging weeds.

However, it quickly became a reality she embraced wholeheartedly. Throughout the year, Barb can be found on the front lines, engaging with customers in all seasons of the business. Her genuine love for people and remarkable patience make her one of our most valuable part-time employees.
