Important: Sweet corn is highly perishable. For the best flavor and sweetness, we recommend processing your corn the same day you pick it up. If you're unable to process it that day, it must be refrigerated immediately until you're ready to use it. Leaving sweet corn at room temperature causes the natural sugars to convert to starch, reducing its sweetness and quality.
